In private practice, David uses his years of experience and expertise in dealing with litigation and conflict resolution to assist his clients in their specific legal situations. Matters of divorce and family law can be challenging in many ways. A dissolution of marriage proceeding may involve issues of child custody and visitation as well as the separation of a marital estate. Rutter Family Law handles both pre-judgment and post-judgment divorce matters and can discuss strategies with clients at various stages of divorce proceedings.
Estate planning documents record the final wishes of individuals in a manner that is legally enforceable. These documents are critically important for adults of all ages as they detail the protection or distribution of assets and personal property as well as health care decisions. David draws on his years of experience in the federal courts to analyze will and trust issues and to effectively assist his clients in planning their estate.
At Rutter Family Law, David Rutter believes that everyone is entitled to justice, respect, and fairness in court proceedings and he zealously advocates for the rights of his clients.
